Employees of Queen Anne's County Department of Emergency Services (DES) hosted a drill yesterday evening for the members of KIVFD on the new cardiac arrest bag along with several equipment and procedure updates. This new bag allows paramedics, EMTs and firefighters the ability to resuscitate patients of any age group in a well coordinated and collaborative effort when DES and volunteers are dispatched on cardiac arrest calls.
