If your up to the challenge please join us to respond to your neighbors' emergencies. If that is not you, we have plenty of other tasks that need your assistance. Perhaps you like paperwork, we got that. Maybe keeping the firehouse and equipment clean, we got that. Maybe you just want to serve your community and be part of the team, we got that too.
Active Member:
An active member participates in the emergency response to Fires, Medical, Rescue and calls for service from our community. To remain active, members must participate in 25 responses and 25 other activities during the year. All training and equipment is provided to active members at no cost to them. Active members must pass a physical, drug test and background check.
Associate Member:
Associate members are non-riding members that perform administrative, fund raising and other support roles. Associate members must pass a background check and drug test.
Cadet:
Cadets are between the ages of 12-16. Cadets participate in training. Cadets also assist around the station to help ensure equipment readiness. They also participate in fundraising and public education events.
EMS Day Staff:
EMS Day Staff are personnel who are paid to staff our EMS units during daytime hours for emergency medical calls. EMS Day Staff are either EMT-B or Paramedic trained personnel. Shifts are 10 hour day time only. Salary is competitive. To be considered for an interview, we require a minimum of two years of experience. Candidate will also be required to provide all current certifications.
