EARLY MORNING BAY BRIDGE CRASH SENDS ONE PERSON TO SHOCK TRAUMA

Rescue Box 1-31 for an Motor Vehicle Crash with entrapment, Chesapeake Bay Bridge east bound span. Chief 1 (Schlotterbeck) arrived on scene and reported a car under the rear of a box truck with the driver heavily entrapped. Crews from Station #1 and Station #2 (Grasonville VFD) worked for approximate 20 minutes to extricate the driver while providing patient care to him while he was still in the vehicle.  The patient was then transported to Shock Trauma, Baltimore by Queen Anne's Co. Paramedic 100.
