While the recent winter storm wreaked havoc on Kent Island, the Volunteers of Station 1 were kept busy responding to calls for emergency service and maintaining constant staffing throughout the storm. Emergency crews provided ALS, BLS and suppression staffing through the height of the storm into the evening hours on Sunday. While the weather presented a significant challenge in terms of emergency response, ALL calls for service were answered in a timely fashion. 
 
A tremendous thank you goes out to all our VOLUNTEERS who helped out during the storm.  You all did an awesome job.  Your hard work is appreciated.
